Tompkins County TCSP NYS Route 13/366 Corridor Management Plan

This Corridor Management Plan (CMP) plan completed by Fisher Associates defined preferred development points in the Village of Dryden, Hamlet of Varna, and the NYS Route 13 / 366 overlap area. The goal was to accommodate new development while safely and efficiently moving commuters into and out of the City of Ithaca, the City of Cortland, and the communities in the study area.
A Community Preference Survey was completed using various photographs of development types to understand the vision for the area. The results were used to develop land use and zoning regulations that the municipalities can use to implement the vision. The plan included several development scenarios to assist the communities with development along the corridor.
