Traffic Impact Studies
Fisher Associates has provided Traffic Impact Studies for developments throughout New York State. Traffic impacts are evaluated for the site and in the adjacent roadway network by analyzing existing intersections that will experience increased traffic due to the proposed development’s traffic distribution. The goal is to identify feasible mitigation to minimize impacts to the local roadway. The studies include signal warrant and auxiliary left- and right-turn lane analysis and determine traffic related improvements required for increased traffic and its redistribution.
We also have the presentation capabilities to “sell” your proposed development to the local officials and the public. From simple tables and graphs to high end 3D Traffic Models, we will work with you to determine the level of presentation necessary to push your development through the approval process.
You can rely on the team to accurately scope and review traffic impacts in relation to your current plans, as well as any future plans you may have.
