Surveying Capabilities
We can collect any survey data that your projects warrants, including, but not limited to, topography, planimetrics, horizontal and vertical control, and boundary line information. We have the ability to mobilize up to five field crews on any given day. Our staff is OSHA 40-hour trained and is prepared to deal with potentially hazardous situations, such as landfills and remedial investigations. We can also provide services where confined space entries are required.

Our personnel are experienced in:
- Deed and right-of-way research to determine ownership and encumbrances
- Real property title surveys to ALTA, financial institutes and local standards
- Subdivision plotting
- Easement mapping and legal descriptions
- Surveying for site design, highway access and utility extensions
- Subsurface utility locations
- Facade, building interior and exterior, and facility surveys
- Building failure forensics
- Documentation of pre and post construction conditions
- Wetland delineation, surveying, and mapping
- Control for photogrammetric mapping
- Earthwork and rock computations
- Construction stakeout
We maintain and operate an extensive inventory of the latest field and office equipment. As an example, our Global Positioning Systems (GPS) facilitates our precise determination of geodetic positions on the earth, enhancing our survey control, wetland delineation and infrastructure inventory for GIS applications. Digital levels enable us to determine precise elevations at a project site in a fraction of the time needed with traditional instruments. And advances in total station technology means 30% greater productivity measuring, recording, and mapping site features and topography. Once again, our resources translate into saved time and dollars.
Our 3D Laser Imaging services have opened up a whole new world of versatility for surveying hard to reach three-dimensional objects such as bridges, buildings, industrial piping, towers and machinery, geological landforms, and busy intersections.
