Senior Traffic Engineer

Candidate must have a four-year degree and 8-10 years experience in the following areas: Traffic Impact Study preparation, Traffic Analysis & Simulation software (Synchro and VISSIM), Signal Operations & Design, Corridor Studies, Network Analysis, and ITS.

Candidate must have a thorough understanding of Highway Capacity Manual.

Ability to work independently and in groups, under the guidance of a Project Manager.  Strong communication, analytical and report writing skills needed.  A N.Y.S. Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain within 6 months is required.  CADD experience a plus.  Will consider full time, part time and flexible schedule.
