Asbestos Manager/Project Designer

Asbestos Manager/Project Designer needed to manage and design asbestos remediation projects for public and private clients. The position involves directing the activities of asbestos technicians, preparing work plans and reports, developing asbestos abatement specifications and designs, preparing site-specific variances as needed, and following through on project-specific contract requirements. The candidate should hold NYS asbestos certifications for Designer and Inspector. Knowledge of lead and PCB abatement procedures is preferred.

Applicants should have 10-years of professional experience with asbestos investigations and abatement and 5-years of experience working with state agencies on remediation projects. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
