Senior Environmental Engineer

Professional engineer needed to conduct environmental studies for transportation, commercial, and institutional clients. The position requires working with internal design teams, regulatory agencies, private clients, and the public in order to maintain favorable working relationships with clients and implement client-focused service measures.

The successful candidate should be a motivated self-finisher with knowledge of NEPA/SEQR, ACM and Hazardous Waste investigations, understanding of civil engineering drawings, and wetlands. The position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, computer literacy, organizational skills, OSHA 40 hour Hazardous Waste Operations Worker, and ACM project designer certification (current or ability to obtain).

Minimum requirements are a BS (environmental science or engineering), a professional engineering license and 10 to 15 years of professional experience. Salary Commensurate with Experience Level.
