Project Engineer/Inspector

Project engineer/inspector needed for a building project in the Rome, NY area. Duties cover construction administration responsibilities and include:

• Reviewing payment applications, material certifications, and change orders.
• Reviewing plans and specifications, reviewing progress of work and preparing daily reports.
• Assisting at meetings, reviewing schedules and coordinating subcontractors.
• Assisting with final inspecitons, certificate of occupancy, punch list inspections.

This is a 3 year position at a pay rate of $25/hour, benefits provided.
