Timothy Sullivan has joined Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. as GIS Technician in our GIS Department. Mr. Sullivan has over 5 years of experience developing new data and analyzing existing data. He has performed historical deed research on tax parcels, right of ways, pipeline and roadway agreements, as well as performing statistical analyses involving information from various data sources.
