Arne Larsen, P.E. has joined Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. as Senior Project Manager in our Civil Department. Mr. Larsen has over 14 years of experience and has been involved with the design, permitting, and approval process of several types of civil engineering projects. Mr. Larsen is familiar with obtaining site approvals and utility permits at the local and state level and is proficient at coordinating with architects, contractors, and developers to meet specialized requirements of various types of projects.


Wendel Armstrong, P.E. has joined Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. as Geotechnical Project Engineer in the firm's Transportation Department. Mr. Armstrong has 13 years of design and project management experience including bridge and building foundations, retaining walls, landfill design, slope stabilization and remediation projects, and site subsurface investigations.


Stacy Ingersoll, E.I.T. has joined Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. as Junior Engineer Technician in the firm's Transportation Department. Ms. Ingersoll interned with the firm for two previous summers before joining the firm. She is gaining knowledge and experience in the areas of cost estimating, drainage, SWPPP calculations, Microstation, photo simulations, turning movement counts, and bid preparation.
