Carl W. Ast, P.E., PTOE has joined Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. as Highway Project Manager. Mr. Ast brings over 25 years of experience working on a wide variety of transportation and traffic projects for state and county agencies throughout NY. His experience includes completing traffic and corridor studies; transportation planning; highway and street design; permitting; traffic signal design, coordination, and timing; ITS strategic planning and design; and parking and circulation studies and design.
