Fisher Associates, P.E., L.S., P.C. is pleased to announce that Sheila Ransbottom, P.E. has been promoted to the position of Buffalo Office Manager. In her new position she will be responsible for building client relationships, handling day to day office activities and continuing her role as Project Manager on key transportation projects. Over the last several years, our Buffalo office has doubled in size to a staff of 12, assisted by Sheila’s management efforts.
