Scott Schaffer joins Fisher Associates' Structures Department as a Senior Designer with over 12 years of experience. Mr. Schaffer's background includes various bridge designs and specializes in visualization development and 3D modeling.

Jeffery Hinman, P.E., L.S. joins Fisher Associates' as Office Manager of our Syracuse, New York location. Mr. Hinman has over 30 years of experience in the management, surveying, design, and construction of various civil, transportation, and multi-discipline projects. His primary role will be client relations and business development in Central New York.
